SCS SB 13 -- RETIRED MILITARY LICENSE PLATE

This bill exempts retired members of the United States Armed
Forces, Coast Guard, Merchant Marine, Reserves, or National
Guard from paying the additional fee for personalization of a
license plate designated as "RETIRED MILITARY."
